live in vehicle area
-
We have a very limited number of dedicated spaces for campervans and caravans within a few minutes walk from the main festival arena.
-

-
Each live in vehicle pitch is 7m x 5m. This space must include your live-in vehicle, car (if keeping it in site) and any awnings. There will be a 3 metre gap between pitches. This will be strictly enforced to ensure we have fire break between each area.

-
If one area is not large enough for you, you must purchase 2 live-in vehicle tickets.
-

-
The live in vehicle area is on hard standing- there is no grass in the area. You may park your car next to the live-in vehicle, however if you intend to use your car over the weekend to leave the site you must unhook your caravan and park your car within the main event car parks.
-

-
Access to the live in vehicle area will be controlled so only those who have a ticket for this area can access it. When you arrive on site, you will need your live in vehicle area ticket which you must show at the gate. You will then be provided with a wristband for this area for each person staying within your vehicle.
-
There is strictly no sleeping within cars or vans- this area is for campervans or caravans only.
-

We ask that people perform a visual inspection of equipment, including seals and hoses to check for wear or cracks before connecting to any gas supplies. Once connected, perform the ‘soapy water test’ by connecting the cylinder to the cooking equipment, use a sponge to apply soapy water to the assembly including any joints. Once covered, turn on the gas (without lighting the stove). Any leaks will be shown by small bubbles appearing in the soapy water or a smell of gas before lighting the stove.
-

-
The festival has a professional on-site fire team who are on duty 24 hours a day to respond to any fires. In the event of fire immediately evacuate the area and alert a steward, security or member of the Campsite Management Team.
